Ingredients <Serves 4>
- 4 Cod Steaks
- 2 vines of tomatoes snipped in half
- 150g grated cheese
- Dash of cream
Method
- Pre heat your oven to its highest setting
- Mix the cheese with the cream
- In the roasting dish place the cod and tomatoes
- Top the cod with the cheese mixture
- Roast for around 15 – 20 minutes
- Enjoy!
