Roast Cod with Vine Tomatoes and a Cheese Topping

Ingredients <Serves 4>

  • 4 Cod Steaks
  • 2 vines of tomatoes snipped in half
  • 150g grated cheese
  • Dash of cream


  • Pre heat your oven to its highest setting
  • Mix the cheese with the cream
  • In the roasting dish place the cod and tomatoes
  • Top the cod with the cheese mixture
  • Roast for around 15 – 20 minutes
  • Enjoy!
