Rolled fillet of Trout with Cream Cheese and Chive


  • 2 Rainbow Trout fillets, skinned
  • ½  tub cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • Finely chopped chives


  • In a bowl mixed together the garlic, cream cheese and chives and give it a little seasoning.
  • Spread the resulting mixture on to one side of the trout fillets and roll each of them up and secure with a cocktail stick.
  • Steam the rolls for around 5 minutes or until the flesh has changed colour and become opaque.
  • Serve with some fresh greens or pak choi.
