- 2 Rainbow Trout fillets, skinned
- ½ tub cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- Finely chopped chives
- In a bowl mixed together the garlic, cream cheese and chives and give it a little seasoning.
- Spread the resulting mixture on to one side of the trout fillets and roll each of them up and secure with a cocktail stick.
- Steam the rolls for around 5 minutes or until the flesh has changed colour and become opaque.
- Serve with some fresh greens or pak choi.
