Ingredients
- 2 Brown Grouper Fillets
- 2 slices bread made into breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 200g grated cheese (Strong cheddar works very well)
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Method
- Pre-heat your oven to a high heat and lightly oil and season a baking sheet
- In a bowl mix together the cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic and parsley.
- Place the fish skin side down on the baking sheet and top with the breadcrumb mixture
- Bake for around 10 – 15 minutes and serve
