Brown Grouper with a Cheese and Garlic Crust



  • 2 Brown Grouper Fillets
  • 2 slices bread made into breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 200g grated cheese (Strong cheddar works very well)
  • 1 tsp dried parsley



  • Pre-heat your oven to a high heat and lightly oil and season a baking sheet
  • In a bowl mix together the cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic and parsley.
  • Place the fish skin side down on the baking sheet and top with the breadcrumb mixture
  • Bake for around 10 – 15 minutes and serve
