Ingredients
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- ½ red onion chopped
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon tomato puree
- Salt and pepper
- Splash Worcester sauce
- Splash balsamic
- ½ glass red wine
- Pinch smoked paprika
- Glug sweet chilli sauce (optional)
Method
- Gently fry off the onion with the garlic then add the rest of the ingredients
- Bring to the boil
- Simmer the sauce for around ten minutes or until it has reduced by half
- Serve
