- 1 Tuna Steak cut into bite sized chunks
- 1 nest of noodles
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- Re-hydrate your noodles in a pan of hot water and simmer them for around 2 minutes then drain and pat dry.
- In a wok or large pan heat the oil and then stir fry your noodles, add the fish sauce, oyster sauce and soy sauce and give it all a good stir so the noodles are fully coated.
- Once the noodles are well coated in the seasoning add the tuna and fry until just cooked and then serve in noodle bowls and enjoy!!
