Ingredients <Serves 2>
- 2 Fillets of Salmon
- Handful spinach
- ½ red onion (diced)
- 4 thin slices stilton
- 2 medium glasses white wine
- Aluminium foil
Method
- Create two parcels with the foil and into them, put the spinach, followed by the diced onion and finally the mushrooms.
- Next, place the salmon fillets on top of the spinach, onions and mushrooms and top each with two slices of stilton.
- Finally pour a glass of white wine into each of the parcels and seal them tightly, place them on a baking sheet and cook in a high oven for around 20 minutes.
