Oven Baked Sea Bass with Garlic and Onion Mushrooms
- 2 Sea Bass Fillets
- 4 Mushrooms sliced
- ½ Red Onion Sliced
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tsp butter
- Into a pan with a little oil brown off you onions, then add the sliced mushrooms and garlic and fry off until golden.
- Whilst the mushrooms and onions are cooking cover a baking sheet in foil and then brush it with oil and season liberally
- Place the bass fillets skin side down on the seasoned tray and bake on a high heat for about 10 minutes.
- Before serving add the butter to the mushrooms and a little chopped parsley.
