Oven Baked Sea Bass with Garlic and Onion Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 Sea Bass Fillets
  • 4 Mushrooms sliced
  • ½  Red Onion Sliced
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tsp butter

Method

  • Into a pan with a little oil brown off you onions, then add the sliced mushrooms and garlic and fry off until golden.
  • Whilst the mushrooms and onions are cooking cover a baking sheet in foil and then brush it with oil and season liberally
  • Place the bass fillets skin side down on the seasoned tray and bake on a high heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Before serving add the butter to the mushrooms and a little chopped parsley.
