Oven Baked Sea Bream with Roasted Vine Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 Sea Bream Fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Vine Tomatoes

Method

  • Take a baking sheet, drizzle with the oil and season liberally
  • Next lay the bream fillets skin side down on the season tray and oven bake for around 10 minutes until the flesh has turned opaque.
  • Set the bream aside and keep warm
  • On a separate tray place the tomatoes, drizzle with oil and once again season liberally
  • Once your tomatoes are cooked you are ready to serve!
