Oven Baked Sea Bream with Roasted Vine Tomatoes
- 2 Sea Bream Fillets
- Olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Vine Tomatoes
- Take a baking sheet, drizzle with the oil and season liberally
- Next lay the bream fillets skin side down on the season tray and oven bake for around 10 minutes until the flesh has turned opaque.
- Set the bream aside and keep warm
- On a separate tray place the tomatoes, drizzle with oil and once again season liberally
- Once your tomatoes are cooked you are ready to serve!
