Sardines with a Tangy Dressing
- 8 Sardines (Head off and Cleaned)
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Heat your grill or BBQ even and cook the sardines for around 4 minutes on either side until they are well cooked all of the way through.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the vinegar, lemon juice and oil.
