Sardines with a Tangy Dressing


  • 8 Sardines (Head off and Cleaned)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil


  • Heat your grill or BBQ even and cook the sardines for around 4 minutes on either side until they are well cooked all of the way through.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the vinegar, lemon juice and oil.
  • Serve with a light salad and some Potato Wedges
