Ingredients
- 2x Hake Steaks
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt and Pepper
- Tsp Dried Parsley
Method
- Heat the pan and Brish with a little of the butter and fry off the Hake Steaks
- Half way through (when you turn the fish over) add the butter, lemon zest, Parsley and the seasoning
- Baste the fish with the butter and once cooked serve with some lightly steamed greens!
