Simple Whitebait Starter <Serves 6-8>
- 500g Whitebait
- Cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
- 2 lemons cut into wedges
- Mix the dry ingredients together and dust the whitebait in the mixture
- Next heat your oil in a heavy bottomed pan, once its hot fry off your whitebait in batches and serve with the lemon wedges!
