Chilli Rubbed Salmon Fillet
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 ½ tbsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- In a bowl, combine the chilli powder, oregano, and salt. Pat the spices on the fish.
- Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes per. (Reduce the heat if the spices begin to turn black.)
- Divide the fish among 4 plates.
