Chilli Rubbed Salmon Fillet


  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 ½ tbsp chilli powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil


  • In a bowl, combine the chilli powder, oregano, and salt. Pat the spices on the fish.
  • Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes per. (Reduce the heat if the spices begin to turn black.)
  • Divide the fish among 4 plates.
