Steamed Haddock with Roasted Peppers
Ingredients
- 2x Haddock Fillets
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Green Pepper
- Salt
Method
- In a steamer, steam your haddock for around 4-5 minutes, if you haven’t got a steamer a colander in a large saucepan will do the same job
- For the peppers slice them up, sprinkle with some salt and drizzle some oil over the top then roast in a hot oven for about 10-15 minutes.
