Pan Fried Haddock with Potted Shrimp Butter
Ingredients
- 2x Haddock Fillets
- 1 pot, Potted Shrimps (Small)
- Tsp oil
- Salt and pepper
Method
- In a frying pan heat the oil until the pan is screamingly hot
- Season the Haddock and pan fry skin side down for about 3 minutes
- As it cooks you should see the skin changing colour at the edges
- Once you see this turn the fish over and finish the cooking process
- Into the pan add the potted shrimp and melt the butter, baste the haddock in the butter from the shrimp and serve.
