Pan Fried Haddock with Potted Shrimp Butter

Ingredients

  • 2x Haddock Fillets
  • 1 pot, Potted Shrimps (Small)
  • Tsp oil
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  • In a frying pan heat the oil until the pan is screamingly hot
  • Season the Haddock and pan fry skin side down for about 3 minutes
  • As it cooks you should see the skin changing colour at the edges
  • Once you see this turn the fish over and finish the cooking process
  • Into the pan add the potted shrimp and melt the butter, baste the haddock in the butter from the shrimp and serve.
