Tomato Penne Pasta with Flaked Sea Bream


  • 2x Sea Bream Fillets
  • 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Relish
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • Splash Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 250g Penne Pasta


  • Boil the pasta in salted water once its cooked drain but don’t rinse it as the starch will help the sauce to stick.
  • For the sauce, fry off the onion a garlic in a saucepan until softened. Once you’ve done that add the chopped tomatoes, chilli relish, basil and the red wine vinegar and reduce until thick.
  • In the meantime, grill or pan fry you Bream and once cooked, flake into a dish ready for use later.
  • In the pasta pan, add the sauce and the flaked bream, give it a good stir and garnish with some parsley
