Sea Bream with Pesto Sauce
- 2 Sea Bream Fillets
- Pine nuts
- Fresh Basil
- Clove Garlic Crushed
- Grated cheese e.g. parmesan or cheddar
- In a pestle and mortar (or mini food processor if you haven’t got a pestle and mortar) put the pine nuts, basil, cheese and garlic and give it a good pummelling, slowly add the oil until everything is well mixed.
- Next, season and oil a grill pan, place the bream skin side down and grill the fish until the flesh becomes opaque.
