Sea Bream with Pesto Sauce 


  • 2 Sea Bream Fillets
  • Pine nuts
  • Fresh Basil
  • Clove Garlic Crushed
  • Grated cheese e.g. parmesan or cheddar
  • Oil


  • In a pestle and mortar (or mini food processor if you haven’t got a pestle and mortar) put the pine nuts, basil, cheese and garlic and give it a good pummelling, slowly add the oil until everything is well mixed.
  • Next, season and oil a grill pan, place the bream skin side down and grill the fish until the flesh becomes opaque.
