Friday Fish Platter, October 19th 2012

Friday is traditionally fish day, so why not jazz up your Friday night dinner, with our Fresh Fish Platter? You will need:

<Serves 2>

  • 6 Langoustine
  • 1 Whitby Crab
  • 500g Brancaster Mussels
  • 2 Brancaster Oysters
  • 100g Lynn Shrimp
  • 2 Honey Roast Hot Smoked Salmon

Method

  • For the Langoustine
    • Heat some Butter in a Pan and fry for 1-2 minutes until cooked
  • For the Mussels
    • In a saucepan add 2-3 tbsp of water add the mussels and cook until all of the mussels are open (this should take around 5 minutes).
  • For the rest
    • Open the oysters and arrange with the other ingredients on a platter, serve and share!
