Friday is traditionally fish day, so why not jazz up your Friday night dinner, with our Fresh Fish Platter? You will need:
- 6 Langoustine
- 1 Whitby Crab
- 500g Brancaster Mussels
- 2 Brancaster Oysters
- 100g Lynn Shrimp
- 2 Honey Roast Hot Smoked Salmon
- For the Langoustine
- Heat some Butter in a Pan and fry for 1-2 minutes until cooked
- For the Mussels
- In a saucepan add 2-3 tbsp of water add the mussels and cook until all of the mussels are open (this should take around 5 minutes).
- For the rest
- Open the oysters and arrange with the other ingredients on a platter, serve and share!
