Honey Roast Hot Smoked Salmon with Chilli Relish
This dish is really simple it’s perfect for lunch, as a starter, or as a quick and tasty dinner on a busy work and school night.
Ingredients <Serves 2-4>
- 2 – 4 Fillets Honey Roast Hot Smoked Salmon (Pictured)
- 2 – 4 tbsp Sweet Chilli Relish (Pictured)
- Salad leaves
Method
- Heat the oven on a medium heat (180 / Gas Mark 5)
- Place the Salmon Fillets on a baking sheet and warm through for 4-5 minutes
- Once the fillets are warmed through, put a tablespoon of relish on top of the fillets, make sure you spread it evenly covering the whole fillet and then return to the oven for 2-3 minutes
- Serve with the salad and enjoy
