Cod Cheeks in Parsley Sauce
Ingredients
– 500g Cod Cheeks
– 1 Egg
– 100g Flour
– Salt and Pepper
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 1 Potts Parsley Sauce
Method
- Rinse the Cod Cheeks and pat dry
- Beat the egg and add the Cod Cheeks until they are covered
- Season the flour with the salt and pepper as this will enhance flavour when cooking
- Next, dust the Cod Cheeks in the seasoned flour until coated
- Then, gently fry the Cod Cheeks until golden
- Pour the ‘Potts Parsley Sauce’into a saucepan and gently heat through, once the cod cheeks are cooked serve, pour over the sauce and enjoy!
