Creative Kitchen will be outside Fish tomorrow (October 15th) demonstrating how to cook different fish recipes. Richard Oberhoffer, who has worked with Michel Roux Jnr at La Gavroche, will be cooking;
– Grilled Mackerel with Black Pepper served with Herb and Beetroot Cous Cous
– Poached Smoked Haddock with New Potatoes, Wilted Spinach, Chive and Cream Sauce
– Soy Glazed Tuna Steaks
