TERIYAKI SALMON STEAKS
Ingredients
– 4 Salmon Steaks
– 3 Tbsp Oil
– 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
– 3 Tbsp Runny Honey
– 1 Garlic Clove Crushed
– 1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
In a bowl, combine the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, honey and garlic together. add the Salmon cover and leave to marinade for an hour or preferably over night. Heat the over to gas mark 6/ 190c. remove Salmon from marinade, season the steaks place onto an oiled baking sheet and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes. serve with rice and a green salad.
